Our goal is to help you automate more and more tasks. That’s why our fee is based on the number of sessions. From this unit of measurement, we offer monthly packages starting at 2,500 sessions and going up to over 1 million.

A session includes all the messages within a conversation from the moment it starts until it is closed by the customer or due to a "timeout." The number of incoming or outgoing messages in a session does not matter.

Within the platform, create as many users as you want and assign them different roles based on their usage. Don’t worry about the number of users—it won’t affect your bill!

Design as many flows as you want on our platform—this won’t affect your quota. Your monthly fee also won’t change based on the number of modules or channels you have active (WhatsApp, Instagram, webchat, etc.). We want you to use Hey Now for everything!

If your virtual agent uses artificial intelligence (AI), the costs will be included in the monthly fee—no surprises.

All packages starting from 5,000 sessions include support team hours, which can be used to enhance the number and quality of actions your virtual agents perform—allowing you to delegate more tasks to our platform. For smaller packages, we can quote optimizations on demand.

We want our customers to have the best experience with our tool. That’s why we have a customer success team that will support and guide you every step of the way.
